izitdonePrivate beta

Privacy notice

Effective August 10, 2026

Information we use

izitdone receives your authenticated user identifier, email address, and optional profile name from Google or from your passwordless email sign-in. We store your profile settings, tasks, task contacts and files, private notes, shared instructions, priority choices, statuses, dates, companies, projects, categories, collaborator connections, progress-timeline updates, activity, and notifications.

How we use it

We use this information to operate your private workspace, calculate and improve task rankings, secure the beta, troubleshoot problems, and understand product usage.

Data separation and sharing

Every task and comparison is tied to the authenticated owner. Other beta testers cannot access your workspace unless you connect with them and share a specific task. A task collaborator can see that task’s title, shared instructions, attached files, due date, workspace labels, creator priority, progress timeline, and activity, but cannot see the creator’s private notes or task contacts or change the creator’s priority.

Retention and deletion

Your information remains while your beta account is active. You can permanently delete your profile, tasks, comparisons, and archive from Account settings.

Service providers

izitdone uses Render for application hosting and database storage, AWS for private file storage, Cloudflare for traffic security and bot checks, Mailgun for passwordless sign-in, collaboration, invitation, and account-deletion emails, and Google only when you choose Google sign-in. Those providers process limited information as needed to deliver and protect the service.

Security

izitdone uses invitation-only beta access, encrypted connections, database-backed sessions, hashed single-use sign-in tokens, private file storage, access controls tied to each account, bot checks, request throttling, and restricted production database networking. izitdone does not collect or store account passwords.

Beta caution

Do not add highly sensitive personal or regulated information during beta testing. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

This concise notice is a product-launch placeholder and should be reviewed by counsel before a broad commercial release.
